If you choose to remain a will-call customer, remember to check your tank gauge regularly and order heating oil refills when your gauge is at or above ¼ a tank. While there is nothing wrong with remaining a will-call customer, those who sign up for automatic delivery reduce their risk of a fuel run-out, and most customers who experience a no-fuel emergency are will-call customers.
